As with every IUG conference, you, our members, are the key to our success. The programming committee is excited to read your presentation proposals and we look forward to partnering with you for IUG 2024.

The deadline for a program proposal submission is 11/30/2023.
Although it is common to submit sessions for completed/successful projects, people can learn from each other at all stages. In the middle of something, propose a session that includes audience feedback to help you decide what do to next. Started on something that didn’t end up going as planned? Hearing how you navigated those rough waters can be encouraging and affirming to others who might be going through something similar in their lives. Don’t forget that in addition to presenting “full” presentations, we also accept lighting round proposals and forums.
