Learning Circulation can be confusing and frustrating. Add into the mix student workers. What are all these “drop downs” for? How can you customize the work for less confusion? I will share some ideas on how to help your student workers learn the system and hold them accountable. Treats & Rewards? A candy bar can go a long way!
