The revamped IUG web forum turned a year old in September - and what a year it’s been! We’ve loved seeing so many active discussions taking place and wanted to share some numbers and highlights with you to celebrate.
Since the new site went live, there have been:
- 475 accounts created
- Over 1,300 posts
- Over 116,000 page views
In case you missed them, some popular topics included:
- IUG 2023 presentations
- Duplicate Patrons with Email - Add to Existing Record Set
- Finding items linked to more than one bib record in Sierra
- How to use stunnel with SIP2 self-check machines
Don’t forget, you can always enable the email listserv setting if you prefer that to the web interface. However you choose to chime in, we’re thrilled to have such a thriving community, and we thank you for making it happen!
The IUG Steering Committee welcomes Julie Cole, Library Systems Administrator (Sierra) at Langara College in Vancouver, BC, Canada. Julie will serve as Member-at-Large through April 2025, assuming the role as liaison for Regional groups.
