We are writing today to inform you of upcoming changes to the IUG Web Forum. The changes were announced during the opening session of the IUG Conference 2025
Transition to Single Sign-On and Member-Only Access
To improve security and streamline the user experience, the IUG Web Forum will implement single sign-on (SSO) logins on March 24th, 2025. On that date when you go to log into the forum, you’ll be sent to login through your IUG Member Account. As part of this change, the IUG Web Forum will also transition to a member-only service on that date.
Read-Only Access for Non-Members
With this change, only IUG Members will be able to post or create new topics. Non-members will have read-only access to the forum.
Email Address Updates
If you are an existing IUG member and your forum email address is different from your IUG Member account email address, please update your Forum Profile email address.
- If you can log into IUG Member Account, then you will be able to log into the web forum once we transition the web forum to SSO on March 24th, 2025.
- You may need to reset your IUG Member Account password.
- You may need to reach out to your site contact to ensure you have a IUG Member Account record associated with your email address.
Become an IUG Member
We invite you to become an IUG member to gain full access to the forum and other valuable member benefits. Membership provides opportunities to:
- Participate in monthly Zoom forums.
