Program Description
This session presented training tips used to train staff on Sierra, Encore and Webpac. Catalog and circulation classes are included in mandatory training required of new employees. Also offered are advanced classes for circulation and catalog searching, as well as a class on Serials. Discussion included strategies used to train staff in all of these classes and covered different handouts and tip sheets. This session was for all users, as the concepts of training can be related to all Innovative products.
