Program Description: The MORE consortium in Wisconsin is dedicated to database quality, and having 50 plus people adding bib records was not conducive to achieving this. Over the course of 3 years we went from certifying catalogers, to providing a bib record service to those who subscribed to it, and finally getting bibliographic services added to the consortium budget so centralized staff do the vast majority of bib cataloging. This is the story of how we got to where we are today.
