Sierra Cross-Training for Public and Technical Services
With library staff sizes shrinking, it is important that employees in both public and technical services be able to utilize the information available in Sierra and Encore efficiently and effectively. This session will detail the training methods utilized at Stetson University College of Law, including why we felt the need to cross-train, methods for cross-training, and outcomes.
