Program Description: Kraemer Family Library recently held a retreat to improve and modernize the selection and acquisition processes used in the library. Bringing together selectors, acquisition and interlibrary loan staff, the group identified pain points in the selection and acquisition processes. This presentation will highlight what we learned and how we addressed problems uncovered in the selection and acquisition processes. In the end we were able to streamline processes and improve communication between different stakeholders in the library.
