As a reminder, the relaunch event of the Northeastern Regional group is just over a week away and there will be an all-star assortment of Clarivate staff in attendance. If you haven’t registered or submitted discussion topics there’s still time. Come and spend a day meeting with your peers and helping to rep the Northeast in advance of IUG coming Boston in ‘27.

We’re excited to announce the (re)launch of the Northeastern IUG Regional - a new regional group that welcomes former New England IUG Regional members while expanding to incorporate libraries throughout the tri-state area. This inclusive approach brings together even more library professionals from across our connected region for collaboration and shared learning.

Getting There & Parking
New Canaan Library is located at 151 Main Street in New Canaan, CT. Our meeting will be held in the Jim & Dede Bartlett Auditorium + Community Room, located on the Concourse level - make a right when you come in the front entrance, go past the Gallery and straight down to the end of the hall. You can also ask for directions at the Welcome desk when you walk in.
Parking Information
Free Library Parking: Available in the Center School Lot directly across from the Library’s Maple Street entrance. The Library leases 76 spaces marked with “LIBRARY” painted on the spot.
Municipal Parking: All other spaces in Center School Lot are subject to metering rules
Monitored Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Cost: $0.55 per hour (maximum 8 hours)
Payment: Kiosk at front of lot (credit cards or coins) or Paybyphone app (location #13433)
Additional accessible parking spaces available
Street Parking: Available nearby (limited to 2 hours, monitored by Town Parking Authority)
