Program Description
Learn about the settings in your systems that affect patron privacy, as well as the broader concepts behind them. We’ll talk about Polaris, Millennium, and Sierra, including things like reading history, transaction logs, and last patron, as well as HTTPS and email. We’ll also discuss improvements that we’d like to see from Innovative. There will be useful details for IT staff and higher-level discussions of interest to everyone.
