IUG 2023 will be our first in-person conference since 2019. Much has changed from four years ago, including a “tsunami” of retirements. We’ve heard that some of those retirees would like to join us in Phoenix as an opportunity to reconnect with friends and peers who will be joining together in-person from all over the globe.
To help facilitate these connections, we’re offering a new conference registration type: IUG Alumni. Those who are eligible to register using this conference code will receive a deeply discounted rate but will be able to enjoy the full IUG 2023 conference experience and can stay at the conference hotel using IUG’s special conference rate.
To be eligible for the registration type, the registrant must meet ALL the following criteria:
- Must have attended at least one in-person IUG conference or two virtual IUG conferences.
- Must NOT be employed by a library, as a library consultant or be working for any library vendor.
- Must NOT be planning to open or join a library consulting or library services company within the next 18-months.
- Vendors can purchase a booth by contacting our conference coordinator: Exhibitors – Innovative Users Group
We may need to limit the number of people who can attend as IUG Alumni, so this registration type is first-come-first served.
