Program Title: Leaping Forward with Technical Services

Program Description: CCS is a consortium of 31 public libraries serving over 2,000 staff across our members. While public services staff at our libraries exclusively utilize Leap, a significant portion of our technical services staff still rely on the staff client. Learn how we’ve encouraged technical services staff to explore Leap through training opportunities and exercises, including a design thinking activity that helped us identify the largest barriers to adopting Leap for this group.
