Ransomware attacks are more common than you might think. Opening the library to find some or all of your PCs non-functional with a ransom note displayed on the desktop is a very real possibility. The good news is you can survive and recover, just like we did. What do you do after you discover the attack? What decisions will you have to make? And what can you do to protect your library?
