Post-migration, our order records seem to be stuck in view-only mode and we cant resolve any of the claims. Has anyone experienced this? Can’t seem to find anything at the permissions level, or in the manual.

Open a ticket with Innovative on that right away. We’ve run into issues in the past in which indexing problems led to records falling out of scopes and order records are the area that manifests as they become locked in an obvious way.

Update: What we found was that this was associated with the Print Claims function. The “busied” files were only affected in the login of the Acquisitions Librarian. Using another Sierra login, I was able to clear the busied files using the Print Claims function. This restored those files. Following this, a hard reboot of the Acquisition login restored all functionality to this user.
