Changing the method of fiscal close from Method 2 to Method 1

Creating and reusing order record fields to capture the statistics that were originally used for fund codes.

Deleting fund codes until we were down to a few hundred.
This program will be good for any audience members that do funds and order record management in their public, academic or special libraries.
