Many data integrity issues can be attributed to human error. Although ensuring data integrity starts with the user, there are steps we can take to ensure accurate data in the Polaris database. Salt Lake County Library assists library staff by developing a series of quality control tasks to keep data accurate using Polaris Client resources, and other automated tools.
