We had another post on this topic back in February ( Phone Notice Services ) but it didn’t get much traction.
We recently committed to getting true SMS from Polaris, only to discover that we can’t run both that and iTiva phone notifications at the same time. We are looking into iTiva alternatives such as Innovative’s own product and UMS’s MessageBee. Does anyone have feedback on either service, or any other vendors we should consider?
We use Message Bee for Phone hold notices and SMS text notices (holds, overdues, & bills) only. It was a bit of an issue to get setup as we had to have Unique make changes to what they were doing in order to complete the notice loop - Polaris has to have receive notice back that the notices were sent. Once we got everything setup, it has worked like a charm. (Knock on Wood).

We are happy with Message Bee as well. I have found their support folks to be very responsive as well. We use them for phone and text and I am considering email since LX Starter seems to be giving me some issues here of late.
