Hi all, does anyone want to talk about their experience with Vega Discover’s less-than-successful February update from My Bookshelf to Account Portal? We are still in the implementation phase of Discover so I’d appreciate hearing from other libraries what your patrons are finding the most frustrating.
So far, I’ve seen a couple of things that as far as I’m aware of have not been acknowledged as bugs or planned changes that seem high-priority:
- Patrons can only view five checked-out items at a time: View more than 5 checkouts at a time in Account Portal – Innovate with us
