This is some HTML designed to go in the Custom Header of Vega Discover site configuration. It is somewhat annotated to assist with customization, but please note that you will need to customize elements to fit your own environment. This is only a starting point for people interested in trying to come up with something that matches their branding better and has more customized navigation embedded into the header. Also, serious props to Rochester Hills Public Library, who did all the real legwork here.
