We’ve received an update from Clarivate to share with you on the upcoming Knowledge Portal. If you have questions, it’s best to periodically check back on the link they shared or follow up with your Clarivate contacts directly.
“Dear Colleagues,
We are raising the bar on how library partners & customers access the knowledge, guidance, and support needed to serve their communities.
In the first half of 2026, we will launch a new unified Knowledge Portal that brings together Ex Libris and Innovative knowledge resources in a single, modern platform, designed from the ground up.
With powerful search, AI-driven answers, and streamlined navigation across all solutions, this new portal gives your teams one consistent, intuitive place to find answers and best practices, and move seamlessly across content, helping everyone stay ahead with the right insights, no matter which products you use.
As part of this transition, many existing URLs will change, and old URLs will redirect to the new portal’s main landing page. The enhanced Search and AI Answers features will ensure you can easily retrieve any content you rely on with uninterrupted access.
To help you prepare, we’ve published an FAQ outlining what’s changing, what’s staying the same, and what to expect as we approach launch. We’ll continue updating this resource regularly.
We’re excited about the benefits this change will bring and look forward to keeping you informed as we get closer to launch.
Thank you for your continued partnership and engagement. Special thanks to the IUG Steering Committee for their feedback on this initiative.”
