Hello everyone. This is to let you know that I have observed no activity on the Sierra listserv since last Friday 2/13, including my own post. I have opened support case #08374567. If it so happens that you have received sierra listserv email this week, please reply to the case to assist in troubleshooting. Thank you.
So it looks as though Innovative Support has unstuck the mail queue or whatever the problem was, but if you submitted anything to the Sierra listserv between late Sunday morning and this afternoon which did not go through - and I know I did, at least - you might want to resend that if you don’t see it in your Inbox.
Thank you to @SarahK for correcting my Friday 2/13 date above! That should have read Sunday 2/15.
I’m revisiting this post from February because once again I am not seeing throughput on the Sierra listserv. If others have received any Sierra listserv email since last Thursday May 7, or have posted without confirmation of same, please let me know and I’ll note those details in my open support case #10596820.
Yeah… so here’s the thing about posting to the Sierra listserv: It helps to spell iii.com with no more than three letters i. I’ll make that eye appointment tomorrow.
