The Awakening: Managing Library Student Workers
This session is all about managing library student workers. Student workers in a library play an extremely important role in the successful workflow and overall operation of the library. This session is designed for library managers and supervisors who have student workers in their departments. We will discuss common mistakes made when supervising student employees and offer suggestions for avoiding and overcoming these issues.
