Program Description
Mention the phrase “Offline Circulation” to frontline staff, and you can see the fear begin to glaze in their eyes. Add some clear and specific directions, along with a bit of humor, and things get a bit better. Until you have a library system that needs to function without Sierra for two weeks. We all learned a lot during those two weeks, and we’ll be happy to share it with you. This session may be useful for any libraries who use Millennium Offline Circulation.
