One of our members noticed differing times for a patron payment on their account. The transactions database showed the proper time but in the patron account on Desktop Client / Leap it showed the wrong time.
The issue was the date/time being sent over via 3M SIP2 from the 3rd party payment provider.
If you suspect this might be happening for you, check the 3M SIP2 Polaris server log files for [37 messages:
Here is the format of the message: [37YYYYMMDDZZZZHHMMSS0402
Check the vendor payment products date/time settings and adjust as needed.
