As you’re packing your bags (don’t forget to pack something green 
for the dessert reception!) and getting your schedule planned for the conference next week, we have a few last reminders and updates for you:
- Conference WiFi will be available for the duration of the conference in the breakout room areas. Name: IUG Conference; Password: IUG2025!
- WiFi in hotel rooms is complimentary for Marriott Bonvoy members; setting up a Bonvoy account is free if you do not already have one and are interested.
- You can also use the Bonvoy app to check into your room while you’re on your way from the airport.
- Various rideshare options are available from the Denver Airport, and there is also a shuttle service. See the conference page for details.
- If you are traveling from lower elevations, be sure to keep hydrated. We will have some electrolyte packets at the registration desk. You’ll also notice lots of salty snacks and fruit at breaks to help keep everyone feeling good in the thinner air.
- We encourage everyone to review the IUG Conference Conduct Statement to ensure a safe and comfortable conference experience for all attendees.
- First time attending the IUG Conference? Please join us on Wednesday, March 12, at 5pm in the Pint Brothers Backyard (just outside the Atrium) for an informal reception with light snacks and drinks to meet your peers and members of the IUG Steering Committee.
