Restricting Holds Based On Outstanding Charges?

Hello.

I was asked to find out if it is possible to prevent a patron from placing holds if they are over the threshold for charges - I don’t think we plan to implement based off a single incident, but administration tasked me with finding out if it is possible.

If by “charges” you mean they’re over your fine limit, I think these settings might do what you’re thinking:

If, however, you mean that they’re over the the checkout limit, I think those are just independent limits for items and holds.
