I think this will be more useful as a starting place for others, rather than applied as-is, but we have a report that keeps track of setting differences between our consortial libraries (specifically loan period times, loan limits, and hold settings). The idea is to have one place to look if we need to see the all settings with variance between our libraries. Other consortiums may find value in modifying this to look at settings that their member libraries differ on.
