We’ll discuss the Central Library Consortium’s checklist for performing a Polaris upgrade. With over 125 items on the checklist, this will be a comprehensive look at the upgrade process for one of the busiest Polaris installations in the world. We’ll cover everything from selecting the right upgrade day to redirecting your 3M SIP connections to keep Overdrive users happy. Although many of the topics only apply to locally hosted installations of Polaris, there are some considerations for Innovative hosted libraries as well.
