Has anyone had any experience with Quipu? Specifically their PITS product (eCard knowledge would be gladly accepted as well).
We are looking into their offerings.

I have looked into PITS but have not gone much further. I was provided a PITS demo account years ago and I am sure Quipu will get you one, if desired. We are using eCard currently and have been since around 2014. Quipu is very responsive to our needs and our eCard service has an uptime of 99.999% at least. https://uptime.is/
We are currently tracking incidents on an internal application. Best of luck, you will enjoy working with Quipu, if you end up down that road.
