Where is the systems administration related documentation for Polaris 8.1? They used to put out very detailed documentation but the official clarivate documentation area is VERY sparse. There’s nothing for cataloging, acquisitions, or client based system administration. Unless i’m just very blind. Please let me know. I’m following this link

I think they’re continuing to backfill. For now, I would say your best bet is mashing up the old 7.8/8.0 documentation along with the latest What’s New, which is what we used to do for months on end with the old documentation site too.
Eventually, I’m guessing more will be present in the documentation area of the new portal. And I wouldn’t expect any additional “client-based system administration” since they aren’t adding anything to that area of the desktop client.
I also miss the detailed documentation that explains what things are and how they work, instead of just where they are. As Wes suggested, I’m getting by with the older per-module documents when I need to really understand something. Maybe the timeline for the backfill is something PIAC could ask about?
