As we’re hosted, any time I add something to the LNA I know I also have to put in a ticket for the firewall/hosted ops to do as well.

Hi Jillian etal! This was the email that finally got the Sierra support folks to understand what was going on. As is so often the case, they had all the info in hand but didn’t apply it properly. Good news it is finally working. I really appreciate the time everyone took to help out with this query!
