Pierce County Library System went from shared generic logins with passwords that were rarely changed to individual logins using Polaris’ auto-login feature and complex passwords that must be changed regularly. As you can imagine this wasn’t a popular or trivial change. It took a significant amount of time and was a real culture change in our organization. Come hear about our journey to a more secure ILS.
