First-Time Mobile Key Users
If this is your first time using Mobile Key with Marriott, please note that you’ll need to stop by the front desk once for a quick ID verification. After that, you’re all set for future stays at any Marriott property!
If you’ve already verified your ID for Mobile Key at another Marriott property, you can skip this step.
Busy Check-in Times
We anticipate our check-in desks will be busiest on Saturday evening and Sunday afternoon/evening. The hotel will be adding more staff during these times. If you want to avoid the lines completely, try checking in a bit earlier or later.
You can always store your luggage at the bell stand and come back at another time to finish the check-in process.
