In the past year, the Central Library Consortium, a public library consortium located in central Ohio, added nearly two dozen branches for its 17 member libraries. Only 5 were for new physical buildings. This presentation will cover the many ways that branches in Polaris can be used to increase efficiency, enhance the customer experience, and expand services. And with so many branches being added, the CLC has also streamlined its process for adding new branches. We’ll share our process for adding branches, including the forms we’ve developed to make the process smoother for all involved.
