The presentation will provide an overview of our journey over the last two years as we started a process to identify duplicate loan rules with assistance from SQL queries as well as using MS Excel. We’ll discuss initial planning, and strategy to merge duplicates and make the process as smooth as possible. We’ll share some of the SQL queries and later visualizations using MS Excel to better facilitate staff training and understanding of one of the most intricate functions in the Sierra system.
