Program Description:
This presentation will give Millennium/Sierra users the tools needed to troubleshoot and suggest fixes to common circulation and fine problems. During the session, participants will receive an overview of the tables and logic these ILSs use to apply loan rules and manage checked out material. After learning the basics, participants will work through real life examples to use what they have learned. Circulation professionals from all library types and sizes are welcome to this beginner level session.
