Leap user being presented with a repeated login screen

We have reports of a member library where one user is repeatedly prompted with a sign-in screen in the middle of transactions. Other users using the same workstation are NOT prompted repeatedly. At the pop-up, they can log in without issue, no expired password, etc.

We are on Polaris 7.3. Are any others having similar issues?

One suggestion has been to check for a corrupted Chrome profile or use Chrome portable edition to eliminate the possibility of any Chrome related plugin or corruption causing the problem.

We haven’t seen this one, but we’ll keep our eyes peeled.

Was the issue resolved and was it a Chrome related plugin or corruption?

It happens sporadically for this user. They haven’t reported it again recently.
