Leadership Renewal @ the Library
Calling all library supervisors, managers and leaders…you deserve a break! Come to this session and get revived and renewed as a leader in your library. A popular belief is that the primary reason people quit their jobs is because of pay, but, according to a Gallup poll of more than one million employed U.S. Workers, a bad boss or supervisor is the number-one reason people leave their jobs. Managing library staff is no different from any other business, and, during times of budget cuts and transitions, change is one of the greatest challenges an administrator or leader can face.
