We are moving to a reconfigured database on Polaris. We are also moving from 7.7 to 7.8. When I print a label in the new database it comes out lighter than in the old, especially on the spine. The settings in both databases are exactly the same and I am using the same computer and printer (Zebra TLP 3844-Z) for both. We use SLB Continuous feed rolls. The top one is from the old database and the bottom is from the new. Any advice?
Are you printing using these in Leap? If so, are you using the QZ tray direct printing?
If not, did you lose one of the control codes you had on the old system? Even if they have THE SAME NAME - they might be different codes, so I’d recommend comparing the two systems closely.
