A wizard has turned you into a Sierra Admin. What do you do? Panic? Abandon ship? Mash buttons until something works? If these answers sound familiar, fear not. This presentation is for colleagues who have suddenly had their responsibilities expanded to include being a Sierra Admin, despite knowing very little about how the system works. I will share resources and tips that have gotten me through my first year as an admin as well as strategies for coping with imposter syndrome and building confidence. Time will be available for Q&A and discussion.
