Washington County Cooperative Library Services (WCCLS), a public library cooperative headquartered in Hillsboro, Oregon, is hiring a Collections Supervisor and a Technical Services Supervisor. These Library Supervisors will join our Collections and Technical Services team as we transition to a centralized model for managing physical and digital library collections.
These are new positions and key leadership roles in a systemwide transition that will centralize collection development and technical services across the 16-library cooperative. These positions will provide leadership, supervision, and strategic coordination to ensure efficient workflows and reliable access to library materials across Washington County. · Collections Supervisor: This position will lead the team who will manage physical and digital collections, including ordering and maintenance, and support the Library Mail Service program.
· Technical Services Supervisor: This position will oversee the team that manages all aspects of technical services (acquisitions, cataloging, processing) and interlibrary loan.

Washington County Cooperative Library Services (WCCLS) is a partnership between Washington County, 9 cities, and 3 nonprofit associations, supporting 16 public library locations through shared funding, collections, technology, and cooperative governance.
While partner libraries have historically managed physical collections locally, WCCLS has provided centralized digital collections. Partners have now committed to fully centralizing collection management and technical services by July 2027 to support long-term sustainability, efficiency, and equitable access countywide.
