Washington County Cooperative Library Services (WCCLS) in Hillsboro, Oregon is hiring a Library Systems and Collections Supervisor for our small yet mighty team of systems and e-resource librarians.

This position offers some schedule flexibility, hybrid work, and the opportunity to improve library discovery, expand access to library resources, and develop all-star collections for Washington County—by empowering the team that makes it all happen. The annual compensation is $80,694 - $98,041.
The position closes at 11:59pm on February 4, 2024.

In this role, you will lead an expert team of librarians who manage the cooperative’s integrated library system, discovery layer, catalog holdings, and digital collections. You will be key to ensuring library staff have the system tools they need to do their work, that everyone in the community has easy, reliable access to library resources, and that WCCLS continues to provide a rich and diverse collection of ebooks, audiobooks, streaming video, and learning platforms. The scope of work will include leading projects, coordinating processes across teams and with libraries, and working with other team leaders to plan and set priorities.
