Ingram sent a very large ASN file earlier this week, but the ASN barcodes associated with that file couldn’t be found when we tried to receive ASN shipments. They have since split the file and reuploaded it - that happened earlier today, but the process to update the file won’t run until tomorrow. We’re here now to receive, not tomorrow. Are we able to change the run time? We’re using 7.8. Thanks!
If you’re on prem (NOT hosted), you would add a new schedule for the EDI Agent Job. We have ours run hourly You can also right click on the job and select Start Job at Step to manually run the job off schedule.
If you are hosted, then you’ll need to check with support about adjusting the job schedule.
