Program Title: In-House On-boarding of a New Library

Program Description: We would like to present our in-house method of on-boarding a library into our consortium. In the past, our consortium would usually work with Innovative. While convenient and more thorough, it did come with a cost as well as time constraints towards our goal of on-boarding them within three months. As a result, we used an in-house method that we will be talking about in this presentation.
