Idea Exchange: Rank your top ideas!

Hello Innovative Product Users!

There are lots of new ideas being added to Idea Exchange , along with many ideas brought over from Idea Lab. The product managers need to be able to prioritize ideas to decide which ones to implement and when. Some older ideas are still important, but others might be less critical than some of the newly submitted ones. We need to let the product managers know how to prioritize the ideas by using the importance ranking buttons.

Because there are so many ideas, it can be a little overwhelming to think about going through all of them. Fortunately, there are ways to filter down to ideas that are most relevant to you.

Limit by topic:

Use the categories to see only ideas that are relevant to your work. This breaks the ideas up into manageable chunks, and saves you scrolling through ideas on topics that you are not interested in.

Filter by status:

If you are looking for ideas migrated from Idea Lab, use the status filter to limit to Future Possibilities (Product Review ideas are almost all reviewed and moved). To see ideas that originated in Idea Exchange and that are under consideration, select Under Review. You can apply the status filters within each category to get more specific.

Sort by New:

Using either no filters or just the category limiters, sort the results by New. This will put the ideas in order by submission date, with the newest at the top, so you can see the most recently submitted ideas for the Forum or just for a category. Sorting by New when using the status filter is less effective.
