Hello!
We have a Homebound/Older Adult Outreach subdepartment who are starting the process of trying to use the Homebound module, now that we’ve transitioned to Polaris from Sierra. Is there anyone who is using the Homebound module really robustly that could maybe do a Teams chat with us to go over your process? Or, if you know anyone who is using it well, could you steer me in their direction?

We are a small System which has been using it to make deliveries for about 15 years.
We do not mail items, we have a squad of volunteers and staff serving 40-60 patrons on a monthly basis. Let me know what else you would like to know as far as workflow etc.
