Holdslips Printing Jargon

Hi, this is a bit of a continuation of the receipt printing issues caused by SentinelOne. We have made the exemptions for iii in SentinelOne configs, and while there has definitely been improvement, a couple times a week I am still having reports of holdslips causing the printer queue to stall, and long jargon receipt slips print. Is anyone else still having these issues?

Hi Sam,

Since adding the Path Exclusion for C:\Program Files\Sierra Desktop App\ and C:\Sierra Desktop App\ to SentinelOne, printing has been consistently successful for us. Initially, we had a few workstations that needed print services restarted and old jobs cleared out but after that, this issue seems to be resolved for us.

Hi All,

Follow up here, with much tinkering we were able to narrow down the most specific file path exclusion to:

C:\Sierra Desktop App\jre
C:\Sierra Desktop App\iiirunner.exe

I hope this is helpful to someone in the future!
