Hi, this is a bit of a continuation of the receipt printing issues caused by SentinelOne. We have made the exemptions for iii in SentinelOne configs, and while there has definitely been improvement, a couple times a week I am still having reports of holdslips causing the printer queue to stall, and long jargon receipt slips print. Is anyone else still having these issues?
Since adding the Path Exclusion for C:\Program Files\Sierra Desktop App\ and C:\Sierra Desktop App\ to SentinelOne, printing has been consistently successful for us. Initially, we had a few workstations that needed print services restarted and old jobs cleared out but after that, this issue seems to be resolved for us.
