Supporting the needs of over 50 individual libraries on a shared system is a delicate balancing act. This presentation will show how the staff of PALS, a consortium of public libraries in New York, works with our libraries to address their needs for training, technical support and troubleshooting. Though we are a public library system using Sierra, the methods used should provide a useful framework for any multi-site system.
This is the session description that will be published in the conference program. Please be sure to indicate special audience type: public, academic, special, etc. The description can be 100 words maximum.
