Your pre-migration training blitz has concluded. You’ve successfully migrated. Now what?
After 20 years using a proprietary ILS, the St. Charles City-County Library migrated to Polaris/Leap in January 2019. With 13 branches and over 350 employees, the challenge was how to empower staff to take ownership of their development. In response,the Library created a multi-faceted support system, that included the creation of a Polaris/Leap Ambassador program, periodic Leap Labs, and ongoing basic training courses.
