Using Encore Duet (with EDS) as a discovery platform provides University of San Diego libraries with many ways to connect our users to the content they need, but the configuration possibilities can be overwhelming. On the heels of making some other significant changes to our electronic resources platforms this past year, we realized that it was also a great time to reassess our overall Encore Duet set-up. This presentation will look at our efforts to develop “best practices” for Encore Duet, including adding new databases, developing custom links, integrating link resolvers to provide seamless access to our users.
